The company was formed in 1995 in South Africa. Since then, we have undertaken Behaviour Engineering interventions on 47 separate sites in Southern Africa, West Africa and Russia. Our clients have included all the major Mining companies. We are a small company, favouring quality over quantity.
About the Role
Behavioural Change Assistant Facilitator operates daily within behavioural frameworks of one sort or another: families, societies, businesses, sports teams, churches, legal, etc. All of these behavioural frameworks are a combination of principles, ethics, expectations, guidelines, policies and rules, specifically designed to guide behaviour in directions deemed beneficial for that organisation – think of your favourite sport or game as a good example.
Candidate Requirements
Must be a SA Citizen with a valid SA passport
At least Grade 12 with Maths, Science & Accounting
Must have a valid SA driver’s license, with own reliable vehicle
Willing to work on site during the week
Good communication skills (written & verbal both English & Afrikaans)
Competent with MS Office, Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook)
Technical aptitude
Lives within 100km of Potchefstroom
