Requirements: - Fruit marketing experience
- Agricultural experience
- Pack house experience
- Marketing qualification beneficial
Duties: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Establish relationships with potential new customers and make recommendations to the board
- Maintain a comprehensive customer database, regularly review client performance, and update records accordingly.
- Meet with clients before each export season to discuss and plan strategies, updating the client database with meeting outcomes
- Visit production areas with procurement to discuss and plan the upcoming season with growers
