You can expect to become involved in: Local authority projects valued at £4m - £11m. Projects within the commercial, education, and defence sectors amongst others.Your core duties will include: Leading and developing new initiatives and innovations that will see increased levels of income to the business. Representing the firm in developing significant new relationships that align with the practice’s strategic goals, leading to high-value new business. This may involve networking and attending functions, inputting time outside of core working hours. Undertaking the role of Client Account Manager (CAM) on significant client accounts. Providing a focused approach to the further development of the client, resulting in sustainable and profitable long-term programmes of works. Providing project leadership and direction on complex projects and programmes of high value. Providing commercial management and leadership on commissions, undertaking Job Lead role on multi-disciplinary appointments. Planning and monitoring the financial performance of the resource team, to achieve business targets. Embracing cross discipline collaboration in business development and service delivery. Providing excellent line management to colleagues, including providing associated pastoral care, recruitment, reviews, appraisals, and performance management. Leading in single and multi-discipline bidding, fee tendering and client interviews. In order to be considered for this role, you must: Be situated in or close to Leeds, have a sound knowledge of the local area and business landscape, and a reasonable network of professional connections within the industry. Have significant relevant experience in a consultancy environment and industry knowledge across a variety of sectors. Have a relevant qualification and/or membership of a professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM) Have excellent contract knowledge. Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills.
