You can expect to become involved in: Life cycle assessment Sustainable master planning Circular Economy Climate Change & Adaption Energy strategies and carbon footprint Renewable energy feasibility studies Post occupancy evaluationsYour core duties will include: Assisting in developing Pick Everard’s BREEAM and sustainability profile Monitoring clients, initiatives, proposals, and projects related to sustainable strategies and design Deputising for senior staff as appropriate Liaising directly with Clients Helping ensure projects are delivered on timeFind out what it is like to work at Pick Everard here: Life at PickEverard - Pick Everard About YouYou will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect. In order to be considered for this role, you must have: Relevant degree or MSc in Sustainability Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills A passion for sustainability Consultancy experience with consultant, contractor or in academia Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements Knowledge of current legislation e.g. Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, BREEAM Active interest in sustainability and environmental issues Awareness of built environment designIn order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you to have: Experience on a range of projects within the built environmentAbout UsOur nationwide multidisciplinary team of 650+ work collaboratively to deliver outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for local communities.
