Job IntroductionHere at Liverpool Football Club, we’re looking for confident, professional individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. As a Casual Hospitality Host you'll play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional guest experience working on our match day and events throughout the season. What will you be doing?Conducting ticket checks, bag searches, and wanding to ensure a secure environment.Directing and escorting guests to their designated boxes, suites, and tables.Supervising doors, escalators and lifts for guest access.Working closely with the management team, stewards, and other safety hosts to ensure smooth operations.Offering a high level of customer service to enhance the guest experience. As part of your role, you will need to work towards a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety. Successful Safety Hosts must complete the training within their first season to continue working with us. Full training and qualification is provided by LFC. Who are we looking for?You must have excellent communication skills to interact with guests professionally.Ability to handle challenging situations and stay calm under pressure.Previous front-of-house experience is beneficial but not required.You must adhere to a strict dress code (uniform provided) and be prepared to remain in one position for extended periods during match days and events.
