Our client based in Kempton Park is looking for a candidate with extensive experience and knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment and components to lead the sales team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy earthmoving equipment industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
