A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics sector. Proven experience in the clearing and forwarding industry with a solid understanding of the market dynamics. A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable results. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively. Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
