This role is fully office based.

Requirements and Skills:
Some prior experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred - full training will be provided.
Previous experience using spreadsheets and strong computer skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional demeanour.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of handling a high volume of bookings and updates.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Comfortable communicating with customers and able to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
A proactive problem-solver, capable of finding efficient solutions to scheduling issues.
Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry (advantageous but not required).
