Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelors Degree with Honours/ Post Graduate qualification in Human Capital Management/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Industrial Psychology.
- 7 to 9 years of Human Capital management experience as a Generalist.
- 4 years in a senior management position.
- Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA etc).
- Sound knowledge of Change management principles.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management Principles.
- Knowledge of Payroll and Benefits administration.
- Knowledge of HCM Technology and Information Systems.
- Knowledge of diversity and Inclusion.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
