*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.
*Duties*
- Conduct swimming lessons for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant swim instructor qualifications is an advantage.
- Must be able to demonstrate swimming proficiency in various strokes.
