Your responsibilities
Execute and coordinate M&A projects including contract negotiation and internal board approvals
Lead cross-functional project teams at Uniper
Participate in the delivery of major corporate group initiatives (strategy, corporate development)
Actively collaborate to derive and update Uniper’s Group Strategy
Provide support in the process of defining portfolio measures
Your profile
University degree in relevant field with outstanding academic results
A minimum of 5 years of pertinant work experience in M&A (corporate, investment banking or advisory/big4)
Ideally relevant job experience in the energy sector or related industries, e.g. consulting area
Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic mind with the ability to simultaneously consider a multitude of different variables
High willingness to develop and drive topics, high self-motivation, ability to work independently and under high pressure
Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills and ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group
Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humour
