Primary Duties: Supervision of internal sales and support staff to meet set targets. Create and maintain a positive culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of internal sales and support staff. Motivate and drive the performance of the internal sales and support staff. Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with the company's values. Remain knowledgeable of key processes, product range, business initiatives and internal resources to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals. Overseeing and maintaining the ticket system. Ensure that quotations, sales orders and invoicing processes are functioning within the required timelines. Telephone calls are promptly and professionally attended to. Provide excellent customer service which includes but is not limited to: 1. Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. o Providing regular feedback where necessary. 2. Resolve any issues that may arise in respect of any return of goods. 3. Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Monitor and improve all internal sales related systems and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Provide product advice and support. Other duties may be assigned as management sees fit. Procurement related functions. Drafting various forms of correspondence. Data capturing. Matric Time Management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership and motivational skills, creating a strong and reliable team within diverse groups. Problem-solving ability. Complete accuracy in carrying out all duties and responsibilities. Strong mathematic skills. Computer literate. Experience with an accounting package, specifically Pastel Evolution, is preferred.
