Excellent opportunity for a Finance Officer to join an emerging care home provider in Hertfordshire
Experienced Finance Officer required for care home provider in Watford area. In this newly created role you will be working with a small team within a growing care home provider for older people, based at their Support Office. Your role will be to supporting the owners and accounts team in all financial operations
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small provider that has the resource and clear expansion plans to develop a group of high quality nursing homes within the UK. This roles presents as an opportunity to be part of a founding support team that develops systems and processes that are efficient and can support both the homes and SLT to deliver the very best quality and commercial outcomes for the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of payroll, ensuring accuracy of data
- Invoicing & Credit control
- Management of purchase sales ledger
- Supporting owners in providing timely financial reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High level IT skills
- Understanding and knowledge of working within portals
- Experienced in working with SAGE, ability to work with external payroll processing
- Care sector knowledge and experience is required
- Good knowledge and adaptability to working with accounting and finance packages
