Location: South England
Salary: 38,000 - 40,000
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Field Account Manager in South England to join a dynamic team of experts in the automotive industry.
Our client is a leading provider, renowned for their innovative approach and over 20 years of experience supporting major clients in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, focusing on growth and retention.
- Collaborate with customers, clients, and internal teams to efficiently identify, analyze, document, and resolve issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
- Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- Utilize CRM systems, Excel, and relevant IT tools to support operational efficiency.
- Apply analytical skills to review and identify potential efficiencies or improvements in service delivery.
- Produce accurate and insightful customer updates for the Operations Team Manager, Head of Department, and Board of Directors on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in the Southwest and comfortable with remote work.
- Willing to commute for customer-facing meetings 3-4 times per month.
