About the Quality Systems Supervisor job
The purpose of the role is the development and promotion of all aspects of quality and Quality Management Systems and to ensure HACCP/ Quality Systems are correctly implemented, monitored and controlled.
Key tasks
- Implement, monitor, and manage HACCP and Quality Systems to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports.
- Ensure staff receive proper training on quality standards and address non-compliances and customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction while managing external agencies and adhering to legislation.
About You
- Good educational background.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP systems.
- Experience with auditing processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Familiar with legal requirements, traceability systems, and audit trails.

The Quality Systems Supervisor job (ref:8747) is based in South Yorkshire and is paying up to £35,000 according to your experience.
The package includes a holiday Allowance of 25 days, plus bank holidays, 7% company pension contribution of earnings into their chosen pension scheme which can increase dependent on employee contributions. Private Health Care Scheme - once completed 2 years service.
The working hours are Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm.
