The candidate for this position will excel at managing a sales team, and through creating and closing new opportunities with a "lead by example" mentality.
By using a consultative approach to your staff, you will assist them with selling, Account Managing, projections and profitability.
This role requires someone with a "new sales style" of thinking, innovative and passionate to develop the team and the business to the next level through digital and face to face opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
Will have previous experience in Fixings/fastenings - manufacturing and distribution
Be able to coach and develop an already proactive and passionate team of sales people
IT literate - able to create new solutions for day to day operations
IS a leader - rather than a hands off manager.
