Eduvos is looking to employ the services of an Academic Administration Manager at our Nelson Mandela Bay campus on a full-time basis.
Type of position:
Purpose of the position:
- To ensure academic administration implementation and compliance per allocated faculty on campuses.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:
- Relevant undergraduate degree.
Experience:
- Three to five years of student administrative experience in the higher education environment with two years’ managerial experience or demonstrated management potential.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Academic Administration Manager , you will primarily be responsible for:
- Enrolment (access and RPL and exclusion) (academic vetting – admission compliance, 1st level student issue resolution)
- Resolve escalations.
- QA sampling.
- Student records (document management, moderation process administration, 1st level student issue resolution).
- Academic progression planning per individual student (using Natashia’s academic planner template).
- Graduation verification and alumni administrative support.
- Condone faculty related passes recommendations to the Assessment Board.
- Capture marks.
- Collection of remarking and moderation from faculties (assessment related queries).
- Process assessment related queries.
- Management.
- Leadership.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management/collaboration.
