Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a content/knowledge management role
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferable
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software
- Strong project management skills
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
