Supply Chain Administrators
We are urgently looking for Supply Chain Administrators for our client based in the Western Cape in the Fleet Management industry. This is a 12 - 24 months contract.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle the activities of orders, purchases, receiving, storing and issuing of goods.
- Administer and handle tender and contract information .
- Update the tender, contract, and limited bid registers on a monthly basis.
- Maintenance of supplier database registers .
- Assist with aspects in the management of the asset register , including that of asset verifications.
- Procurement of office equipment and other supplies as a support service.
- Deal with receipt and settlement of invoices for goods and services received.
- Assist with financial reporting activities and perform actions in the execution of the activities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 with accounting as a passed subject (OR accounting in tertiary qualification).
- Valid driver’s license . Own transport to/from and between operational sites.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience .
- Availability to work overtime, on weekends, and on a shift or rotational basis if required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English - spoken, reading, and written.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R 286.68 per hour (min 172 hrs per month).
Contract: 12 - 24 months as an independent contractor.
Locations: Greater Cape Town metropole .
