HR Business Partner
Our client, a fully-integrated producer, packer, and marketer in the Food Production sector located in the Citrusdal Valley, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with internal teams and industry stakeholders to implement international best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related field with 3-5 years experience
- Professional and comfortable temper
- In-depth knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation.
- Able to act as a responsible spokesperson/ambassador in local social/community environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster productive relationships by engaging with operational teams, workers' committee, facilitating conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and driving company culture.
- Responsible for talent management, recruitment, Employment Equity, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitating performance management processes, administering improvement plans, succession planning, and career development initiatives, while providing necessary training and support.
- Oversee the company housing programme, managing various housing projects, developing, and implementing policies in accordance with ESTA legislation, and conducting regular audits.
- Manage employment contracts and funeral cover documentation processes.
- Administer HR information systems, housing, and leave management, utilizing Sage software.
Salary is market related.
