Responsible for the management and effective operation of the Maintenance Department. Coordinate maintenance required for all internal and external areas. Implementation of preventative maintenance programmes. Conducting of maintenance audits and inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- N6 (Electrical) with trade test at a reputable institution
- Wireman’s license is essential
- 5 Years of skilled maintenance experience which must have included 2 years of managerial experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to manage a Health and Safety programme
- Ability to work under pressure as well as a team player
- Must be able to communicate at all levels
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills required
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and administration
- Shift work is an operational requirement
