Your main focus will be driving client acquisition and onboarding to meet our ambitious growth targets. By identifying and prioritizing suitable prospects, you'll maintain a strong pipeline and oversee the entire acquisition process. Beyond closing deals, you'll nurture accounts, bolster relationships, and contribute significantly to service quality and share growth efforts. By coordinating efforts across operational, product, and marketing teams, you'll ensure the sustainability of these relationships and foster ongoing growth.

Your responsibilities include:
Understand last-mile logistics to identify and prioritize potential clients across industries.
Generate qualified leads through outbound techniques such as emails and phone calls.
Create and manage a robust sales pipeline with a long-term view to achieve sales targets and drive customer success.
Utilize CRM (Zoho) tools to record activity, follow up on conversations, and advance client interactions.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Getting face to face with potential clients as frequently as possible.
Establish strong relationships with potential clients, negotiate favorable terms and identify future upsell opportunities.
Lead and drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their seamless transition and maximizing our share gain.
Cultivate key client relationships that drive revenue, strengthen the brand, and execute targets to support company-wide growth ambitions.
Take ownership of relevant metrics to drive performance improvement.
Requirements
You enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment, working independently, and are a self-starter. You are laser-focused on customer experience. This means that you approach each new client differently, by understanding their needs and problems and fitting our solutions according to their needs. You have a consultative and relational sales approach to your work. You are dynamic and can cope with changes to our product and solution set.
Someone who is aligned to our values and approach and:
Experienced sales and business development representative or related roles (2-3 years)
Experience in or exposure to last-mile logistics
2-3 years experience in Courier ideally servicing the B2C market - Advantageous
Target-driven with a proven track record in enterprise sales
Creative problem solver with a curious mind and elegant solutions to complex problems.
Excellent communication, selling, and closing skills
Enjoy building authentic relationships through meeting clients face 2 face
Highly relational with the ability to take on feedback and coaching
Strong analytical and administrative skills:
Experience in CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM)
Advance experience using Google Sheets or MS Excel and compiling Pitch Decks using Google Slides or MS PowerPoint
