Strategic and Operational Financial Management
Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Provide strategic direction in financial management and support the organization’s strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, payroll management, and procurement processes.
