Overseeing the daily operations of the department.
Managing the department's personnel and administrative needs.
Strategic planning of future expansions according to internal needs and intake capacity.
Networking with relevant external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in captive wildlife management.
- Proven management experience including budget responsibilities.
- Understanding of and experience in safety management.
- Master in Zoology or similar discipline.
- Willingness to work on weekends and on standby.
- Highly motivated animal welfare mindset and passion.
