We are looking for a *Night Nurse* who is seeking a rewarding job within our Hafod Nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of nursing care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity.
You’ll be working in our specialist 15 bed APD unit, caring for younger adults who have acquired brain injuries and other physical disabilities. This role involves tracheotomy care and PEG feeding, experience of this is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
This role is perfect for a nurse who wants to gain new skills and enhance their CPD, caring for younger residents with a variety of needs in a nursing home environment.
*This is a permanent role working 24.5 hours / two shifts a week on night shift. 7.45pm - 8.00am with paid breaks*
