We are currently seeking for an *Accountant *to join our finance teamin our German *head offices in Landsberg am Lech (Munich area). *

*Main tasks:*
* To carry out purchase2pay process: booking purchase invoices and prepare weekly payments. Maintain supplier accounts reconciled.
* To prepare any documentation needed from and for suppliers.
* To carry out order2cash process: prepare, release orders and issue sales invoices and credit memos. Reconcile customer accounts.
* Bank: To book and reconcile banks monthly.
* Travel expenses: To process travel expenses for employees.
* Reporting: To prepare and file packaging reporting to Noventiz, Green Dot, LUCID etc.
* Administration tasks:
* To receive and distribute mail through our digital post portal. To maintain archive of correspondence.
* To manage assigned suppliers such as petrol cards, leasing contracts, phone contracts.
* To be interface with payroll bureau on labor issues.
* To give support to Head of Finance in tax issues, and file reports such as Intrastat.
* To participate in month end closing such as in prepayment and accrual bookings.
*Requirements:*
* *Fluent in German (B2/C1) and good (at least B2) knowledge of English*
* Autonomous work style
* 2 years experience in accounting/ administration (+ if candidate have D365 knowledge)
