Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the order management system.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to order status.
Generate and analyse reports to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Assist in implementing and optimising order processing procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience in ecommerce order management, or related roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to improving processes
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
