A rapidly growing marketing company is seeking a Project/Account Manager to join their team. The role involves onboarding new clients through calls, setting up tech systems to launch marketing campaigns, and managing these projects on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will excel in client-facing communication, technical setup, and project management. This is a remote position with work hours from 4pm - 12am (SA time), Monday to Friday, with a shift to 5pm - 1am during daylight savings
Minimum Requirements:

Fast learner and tech-savvy
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Experienced using Google Sheets
Experienced with online tools like Zapier or Make
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, GHL)
Experienced managing projects or client accounts
Experienced with project management tools (Asana, Clickup, Wrike, Monday.com)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding calls and maintain follow-up communication with clients
Set up and launch new client campaigns, including calendar and phone number integrations
Modify campaigns and update landing pages as needed
Integrate CRM systems with Google Sheets and monitor ongoing campaigns
Document processes using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve systems over time
Provide regular update calls and communications with clients to ensure project success
Work Hours: 4pm - 12am SA Time (Monday - Friday); adjusted to 5pm - 1am SA Time (During USA daylight savings)
Client-Facing Responsibilities: onboarding, follow-up, and update calls
Campaign setup/modification
Documenting SOPs
Monitor Campaigns
