We are seeking an experienced Building Site Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial building projects in the Stellenbosch area of Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and control project progress, resolving any issues that arise.
Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and building regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential and commercial building projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
Valid drivers license and ability to commute to sites in Stellenbosch.
