Job Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lydenburg branch, leading a team to achieve operational excellence, meet performance goals, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in shaping the branch’s success through effective leadership, team development, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow, optimal resource management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, addressing issues promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Financial Management: Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and work toward achieving financial targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, implementing changes to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure the branch operates within all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including progress updates on key metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Business Management
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within operations, or a related industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on achieving results.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing, scheduling and execute projects.
