Job Purpose:
Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Head of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the Head of HR and HR team which includes:
- Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Participate in employee onboarding and training programs
- Help manage employee records and HR databases
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Induction
- Labour Relations
- Wellness
- Learning and Development
- Remuneration and Benefits
Qualification and Experience:
- Matric
- Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum: Entry-level with exposure to HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
