Minimum five (5) years experience in the medical scheme/financial services environment.
Related tertiary qualification or working towards a tertiary qualification.
Experience in marketing and relationship management.
Valid drivers license and own transport (Willingness to travel, especially during our year end periods.
Training of brokers and brokerage teams in products and services.
Create and maintain valuable relationships with stakeholders and distribution partners.
Conduct distribution stakeholder analysis - enhancing their service delivery and advice proposition.
Develop and execute implementation strategy in partnership with sales team and support team, inclusive of continual brand and product awareness.
Develop and implement Service Level Agreement in collaboration with Distribution.
Partners and key client stakeholders.
Keep updated with the competition and market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and expectations.
Generate additional business through cross selling and generic client growth
Continuously monitor client satisfaction levels via feedback sessions, surveys and assessments.
Attaining sales targets which are monitored quarterly.
Monthly Reporting to Head of Sales and Servicing.
DESIRED SKILLS
Presentation skills and public speaking are a necessity.
MS Office with strong PowerPoint Skills.
