Job Purpose The purpose of the Retail Allocator role is to ensure the optimal levels of stock allocation across stores to meet customer demand and sales budgets.
Key Requirements: - Grade 12 (Matric)
- Retail Clothing experience
- 1-2 years Allocating experience
Duties include: - Strategic allocation of stock through analysing and tracking daily sales
- Update the orders for expected deliveries
- Track outstanding orders with suppliers and stores
- Mid-month & month end reports
- Replenishment of stock at the right time and right store
- Update the planner and follow up with suppliers
- Allocate new stock and update the new stores sheet
- Place orders for launch products and follow up until delivered
- Analysing out-of-stock reports from stores and placing orders where required
- Create ranks and grade stores accordingly
- Allocations to stores according to selloffs
- Analyse top and bottom-performers weekly
- Process manual orders by analysing stock on hand, sales, and replenishment models
- Analyse stock on hand of stores in the same region
