Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their company
Requirements: - 10 years experience as a Financial Manager.

- Tertiary qualification
- Previous experience as company bookkeeper / financial manager.
- Knowledge and high ability in financial software programs.
- Must have excellent IT skills (Excel / Word / PP / able to quickly learn AS1).
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the Debtors Book as well as the 3rd party service providers who execute this work.
- Manage and oversee all creditors.
- Ensure all payments/allocations are correct on the AS1 system.
- Ensures all monthly expenditures are in line with the budget.
- Complete the company's monthly financial statements (Cash flow, income statement, Balance sheets).
- Manage payroll and leave
- Manages monthly close-off.
- Manages bank recons / petty cash/credit cards / other.
- Ensures all financial controls are 100% in place.
- Manage all SARS and VAT issues/payments.
- Manage all company assets/registers.
- Liaise with company suppliers on any / all financial matters (auditors, banks, SGX, etc).
- Complete and distribute a list of required reports monthly.
- Manage the company BEE administration and requirements.
- liaise with the company auditor.
- liaise with the company bank.
- Propose measures to reduce costs (evaluate in detail all expenses to identify cost savings).
- Add strategic input into the business.
- Provide answers with respect to any and all financial queries and requests.
