We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong understanding of project management within organizations, particularly in multi-disciplinary environments such as engineering or telecoms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and managing all aspects of project documentation and administration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring that all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Governance: Apply knowledge of project governance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Documentation: Oversee the management of project documentation, including specifications, closeout documents, purchase orders (POs), and invoices.
- ERP Systems: Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to track and manage project activities and resources.
- SharePoint: Maintain and manage project documentation using Microsoft SharePoint or an equivalent document management system.
- Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements within project workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Relevant degree or certification in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, with a focus on managing large projects in multi-disciplinary environments.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Project Administration Expertise: Proven ability to use and maintain complex project administration systems, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
