SA - Western Cape, Cape Town - CBDIT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - CLIENTS/VENDORS/STAKEHOLDERS - POSITION BASED IN CAPE TOWN
We are seeking candidates who primarily engage with internal vendors and stakeholders. The role will require close collaboration with the Recruitment Manager/Workforce Planner Transitions Manager, etc., as well as managing clients visiting SA who will be operating in South Africa. Minimum requirements:
Graduate, Preference for B.E. / B. Tech with industry-recognized certifications like ITIL / ITSM, PMPITIL Certification essential Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment - 14:00 - 23:00 and 15:00 - 24:00 IT Service Management and Delivery - Lead Service delivery Reviews on SLA adherence, ongoing projects with Client and Internal stakeholders Participate in ongoing Service Delivery Reviews (MBR / QBR) and also on new business growth calls with client / internal stakeholders Responsible for identifying, implementing and review of service improvement initiatives Driving Effectiveness of Compliance & Information Security as part of Service Delivery of client process
