The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Sales and Enquiry Team, focusing on executing the sales plan, training and motivating team members, managing sales activities, and reporting on sales performance. Key Responsibilities - Increase enquiry to invoice conversion rates by managing individuals’ KPIs and sales activities.
- Support team members with sales processes and techniques to improve performance.
- Ensure timely responses and quality of communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and manage complaints or objections effectively.

Qualifications and Skills - Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
- Minimum of 3+ years in B2C sales management.
- Proven track record in sales management.
- Experience in B2C travel sales.
- Knowledge of African and Indian Ocean Islands tourism.
- Experience in the luxury/high net worth segment.
- Consultative sales approach with proven results.
