Hire Resolve is seeking a talented REVIT Technical Designer to join a reputable firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and design, focusing on delivering high-quality REVIT models for various projects.
As a REVIT Technical Designer, you will leverage your skills to create detailed and accurate 3D models, optimize designs, and collaborate with project teams to ensure that all design specifications are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain REVIT models for projects in accordance with design standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to produce detailed drawings and technical documentation.
- Assist in project coordination and quality control of design deliverables.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input on design options.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in design software.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on best practices related to REVIT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience using REVIT in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in other design software, including AutoCAD and BIM applications.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and material properties.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to documentation and design.
