Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process
- Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify defects or deviations from specifications and initiate corrective actions
- Compile and maintain accurate quality control documentation and reports
- Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Train and guide team members on quality control best practices
- Participate in quality audits and assessments
Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Controller in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards
- Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the manufacturing industry
