Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Projects Foreman to join their mining team in based in Gauteng (2 - year contract). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing mining projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage mining operations to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate and lead onsite teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor progress and performance on projects, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Engineering
- Valid Trade Test
- Certificate in Project Management would be advantageous.
- 5 - 8 years' mining experience.
- Experience as a Foreman.
- Valid Drivers' License
