RPO Recruitment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Analyst/Manager to join our esteemed client’s Private Equity team. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in financial analysis, market research, and investment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry analysis and search for investment opportunities
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of investment cases
- Develop financial models to assess the value of projects and companies
- Participate in structuring investment projects and negotiating the terms of the transaction
- Prepare presentations, memoranda and other materials
- Coordinate due diligence with the involvement of external consultants
- Coordinate the preparation of legally binding documentation in accordance with the agreed terms
- Prepare clear, concise, regular reports
- Maintain trusting relationships and direct contact with partners, consultants and other stakeholders
- Provide planning support and participate in events
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Finance or related field. MBA will be a strong benefit
- Work experience from 3 to 6 years in an investment bank, private equity or venture capital fund, Big3 or Big4 (valuation, due diligence, strategy), investment divisions of financial and industrial groups
- Good knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modelling (DCF)
- CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates are welcome
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problems
- Developed communication skills and focus on results
- Independent multitasking skills
