RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Unit Manager to join our client's team.

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific unit within the organization. You will manage a team of employees, set goals, and ensure the successful delivery of products or services. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving performance, implementing processes and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned unit.
Set performance goals and objectives for the team, and drive accountability.
Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with other units and departments to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare and present reports on unit performance to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
