We are in search of an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a valuable addition to our dynamic HR team. Are you the enthusiastic individual we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
Partner with Customer Support: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, specifically focusing on high-volume customer support roles.
Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and attract top talent for customer support positions.
Screening and Interviews: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on customer support roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining strong communication and support.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment for customer support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming or Tech industry and its talent landscape.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
