What will you be doing?
The role forms part of the Talent Acquisition Division and is responsible for being involved in administrative tasks in recruitment related processes. We’ll introduce you to the world of recruitment and employer branding. The role will focus on providing support for the Recruitment Specialist, working in the ATS system, creating content for Social Media and supporting on projects.
What will you need to be successful?
An interest in developing a career in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition). Passionate about inclusion, diversity and equity. Great communication skills with the confidence to speak to people at careers fairs and other events. High attention to detail. You will need to be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload You should also have the ability to take initiative and work proactively. Can-do attitude is key – we’ll teach you the rest!
Successful candidates would need the following:
Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System would be an advantage
