Our client has been demonstrating their passion for property for the past 3 decades. They develop, manage and own various retail, office and industrial buildings in and around Gauteng and Cape Town. For a Mixed-use portfolio in Gauteng, they are looking for an eloquent, multitasker, who enjoys having their hands full.
To join their Johannesburg team, where you will be based on-site, and would hold the responsibility of liaising with tenants in terms of leasing. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with very little supervision.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to: Loading of leases FICA checks Liaising with tenants Preparing age analysis and consolidated reports Drafting and reviewing of leases Collections To apply you would need: 3+ years of experience in a leasing administration or coordination position. MDA experience. A relevant tertiary qualification. Solutions and results driven. Excellent communication skills.
