Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and experienced CAD Manager to join their team in Cape Town
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of CAD operations within the company Develop and maintain CAD standards and guidelines Coordinate with project managers and design teams to ensure efficient use of CAD resources Provide technical support and training to CAD operators and designers Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of CAD drawings Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices Collaborate with IT department to address CAD software and hardware issues Manage CAD software licenses and upgrades
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other CAD software Strong knowledge of CAD standards and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize projects Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
