Well known Vehicle Dealership in the Western Cape is looking for a Dealer Principal.
Duties:
Manage overall dealership and staff for the Sales department, Parts department and Service department Monitor and control the vehicles and parts in line with customer demand and projected sales Maintain and increase market penetration as expected by manufacturer to meet company objectives Improve stock turnover, reduce stock holding and implement changes to increase sales, in order to meet dealership objectives Report to manufacturer and head office related to monthly targets
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Ford, Mazda etc. Solid track reference and excellent management skills Clear criminal record
