Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the healthcare industry in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the healthcare industry Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive performance Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key customers and partners Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives Meet regularly with sales team members to provide coaching, feedback, and support Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management roles within the healthcare industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Willingness to travel within South Africa
