Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, understanding market trends, and positioning our recruitment services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and to provide exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Established network of contacts.
- Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
