Join us in working with some of the world's most beloved brands of confectionery. We are partnered with a global FMCG organisation specialising in extending their brands into new categories, fostering growth and innovation in their markets. As part of their entrepreneurial division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with EUDR regulations by maintaining diligent supply chain documentation and submitting essential information to a European database.
Responsibilities:
- Create and submit compulsory documentation for compliance with EUDR regulations
- Maintain accurate data in traceability platforms throughout the supply chain
- Organise and label files in the electronic filing system meticulously
- Communicate with internal colleagues and external suppliers to gather missing or incomplete information
- Reconcile quantities of goods on traceability platform with the actual delivered or received quantities
- Process invoices for customer deliveries
- Provide cover for Operations Planners during their holidays
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- Strong organisational skills to ensure high levels of efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and suppliers
- Methodical work approach to deliver consistent results
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Some knowledge of FMCG supply chain would be advantageous, but not essential
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and streamline processes
- Comfortable using Excel and navigating folders and files
- Experience with Teams would be advantageous, but not essential
